Crime Alert -
September 28, 2008
On Sunday morning,
September 28, 2008, at approximately 12:05 A.M. two MTSU
students were robbed by three males in the parking lot
just south of the Walker Library. The two students, one
male and one female, were walking through the parking
lot when the suspects approached. One of the three
suspects told the victims to give him their belongings.
The victims handed over a set of keys with I.D. cards, a
silver-colored cell phone, and an Alabama baseball cap.
The first suspect was described as a black male of
average build approximately 18 to 20 years of age with
dreadlocks pulled back into a pony tail wearing a black
t-shirt over a white t-shirt and long black baggy
shorts. The other two suspects were described as black
males wearing black clothing, one with no shirt on. No
other description was immediately known. The suspects
left the area on foot. No weapon was used by the
suspects.
