In March, 2016, a 24-piece replica of Zenghou Yi chime bells arrived at the Center. Wax cylinder recording of the Chinese zheng on an original Edison recorder from 1907

A collaboration between the Center for Chinese Music and Culture and the Center for Popular Music at Middle Tennessee State University. Dr. Mei Han, Director of the CCMC performed three traditional zheng pieces that were recorded by Martin Fisher.
