The Archer-Johnstone Scholarship

Awarded to Management students who are residents of Tennessee or Mississippi, have completed at least 55 hours, have an overall grade point average of 3.0, and have demonstrated leadership abilities.  This $500 scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters.

The Curtis and Jeannine Sawyer Scholarship

Will be awarded to candidates who have declared a major (or concentration) in Supply Chain Management in the Jones College of  Business, are enrolled as a full-time student, have earned at least 60 credit hours toward an undergraduate degree, and have an overall 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.  In addition, preference will be given to a student-veteran.

Dr. Marc Singer Scholarship

Will be awarded to a candidate who has an overall minimum 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and has completed at 60 hours at the time of the scholarship application.  Additionally, preference will be given to a student who is intending to pursue a career in Human Resources.

Jackie and George Law Scholarship

Must be in the Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship program in the Jones College of Business. Eligible students can be either incoming freshmen with a GPA of at least 3.25, or returning students from any class with a GPA of at least 3.50.  Must have a letter of recommendation from a faculty member or an employer.  Also must have financial need as determined by MTSU.  Preference shown to students from Rutherford County, TN.

James C. Douthit Scholarship in Business Administration

Awarded to a Business Administration major who is a Tennessee resident and has completed 55 semester hours by the end of the summer semester. This $500 scholarship is awarded for the fall semester. 

David Patrick Richardson Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to a student who has an overall minimum 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale, is majoring in Management in the Jones College of Business,  has completed at least 60 hours when the scholarship is received, and has financial need as determined by the University.  This $500 scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters.

Locally Owned Murfreesboro Scholarship

Awarded to an Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship major who is a graduate of a Rutherford County high school and who has completed at least 55 hours and has at least a 2.5 GPA.  This $500 scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters.

Michael H. Peters Operations Management Scholarship

Awarded to Management students who are Tennessee residents, have completed at least 55 hours, have a minimum GPA grade point average of 3.0, and have an interest in a career in operations management. This $500 scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters. (Criteria must be met to be renewed in the spring semester).

Dr. Richard Tarpey & Myra Tarpey Supply Chain Management Scholarship

Must be a Supply Chain Managment major, a full-time student, a GPA of at least 3.0, and have completed at least 60 hours by the time the scholarship starts.  Preference shown to students who have sought supply chain knowledge beyond required courses.

Textbook Brokers Scholarship

Must be a major or minor in Entrepreneurship and have at least 60 hours, although students with less than 60 hours will be considered, if they have demonstrated a strong affinity for entrepreneurship. This $500 scholarship is awarded in the fall and spring semesters.

Outstanding Junior in Management Award (Fowler Todd Scholarship)

Management majors are eligible in their junior year. The scholarship is awarded to the junior Management major with the highest grade point average. The amount varies.

Outstanding Senior in Management Award

Management majors are eligible in their senior year. The scholarship is awarded to the senior Management major with the highest grade point average. The amount varies.

Outstanding Junior in Business Administration Award

Business Administration majors are eligible in their junior year. The scholarship is awarded to the junior Business Administration major with the highest grade point average. The amount varies.

Outstanding Senior in Business Administration Award

Business Administration majors are eligible in their senior year. The scholarship is awarded to the senior Business Administration major with the highest grade point average. The amount varies.
