Patch Requests

Thank you for your interest in our agency’s patch. The current department patch was designed in 2015 by Assistant Chief Roy Brewer. Key design elements include the United States flag and the Tennessee flag, separated by a blue line that represents the ‘thin blue line’ of law enforcement. Additionally, the patch features the MTSU logomark. The patch measures 4 inches by 4 15⁄16 inches (10.2 cm by 12.5 cm) and incorporates the colors MTSU Blue (CMS 300), Flag Red, Flag Blue, black, and white.

Please note that our department does not sell patches or challenge coins. Due to high demand and concerns about misuse, we can only provide patches to active-duty emergency services personnel. If you would like to receive an MTSU Police patch, please email pd.mtsu@mtsu.edu with your mailing address and a dated request on your department’s letterhead.
